Nirvana Swing Company™ provides a limited lifetime warranty on the wooden frame parts of all our furniture. In addition, Nirvana Swing Company warrants the leather, fabrics, cushioning, and all other unspecified components for 1 year from the date of purchase and the swing and reclining mechanisms and all metal parts for 3 years from the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event that a valid warranty concern does occur, Nirvana Swing Company will repair or replace, at its option, the defective workmanship or material, according to the terms of this warranty.

All warranty claims must be made by the original owner through the retailer where the product was purchased. A dated sales receipt must be retained for proof of purchase. The warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

These warranties apply under conditions of normal usage and do not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, exposure, rental or commercial use, moving, alteration, improper cleaning, improper maintenance, or normal wear.

The leather and fabric warranty does not cover fading, stretching, color-fastness, or damage due to chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning or maintenance, and the warranty does not apply when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. The use of chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning of the leather invalidates the warranty. The cushion warranty does not cover cushion softening, which results from normal use. The warranty does not cover the decorative wooden leg covers. Floor models, close-outs, or goods purchased from a retailer in a damaged state are not covered by these warranties.

Nirvana Swing Company™ reserves the right to arrange local repair, or to require an inspection of the Nirvana Swing Chair at its factory, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of packing and shipping of the Nirvana Swing Chair and any components and materials to and from Nirvana Swing Company™. The cost of in-home inspection fees is not covered under these warranties, and the cost of labor to repair or replace defective workmanship or materials is covered for up to 1 year following the original date of purchase.

The components of the swing and reclining mechanisms and all metal parts inside the Nirvana Swing Chair have been tested for occupants weighing up to 250 pounds. Bending or breakage of these parts indicates that the Nirvana Swing Chair has been used by one or more occupants weighing more than 250 pounds. This is considered misuse of the Nirvana Swing Chair and the cost of repairs and/or shipping due to such misuse is not covered under these warranties.

The metal parts in the footrest assembly are only designed to support the weight of the legs of the seated occupant and are not designed or warranted to support someone sitting on the footrest or other misuse or abuse.

Nirvana Swing Company will determine, at its sole discretion, whether or not any warranty claims are valid. To protect itself from fraud and abusive warranty claims, Nirvana Swing Company reserves the right to deny any warranty claim deemed to be invalid based on the conditions of this warranty.
