Tom has more than 20 years of innovation and design experience, during which time he has developed numerous innovative products, including the Diaper Champ (by Baby Trend) and the Play-in-Place (by Fisher Price). With experience in furniture, consumer products, mechanics and kinematics, office products, toys, juvenile products, and packaging, he is the holder of dozens of patents in the U.S. and around the world. Products developed by Tom have won best new product awards in the U.S. and Europe, including the Pinnacle Award from the International Home Furnishing Association and a Best Product Award from the NBC Today Show.
